Verify SP-initiated Single Sign-On (SSO)

This page helps to verify the service provider (SP) initiated SSO configuration for ThoughtSpot with Okta.

  1. Go to the Org's sign-in page. The URL should follow this format: https://<org_name>.<cluster_url/domain>/. For example: ThoughtSpot sign-in page URL format as https://acme.techpartners.thoughtspot.cloud.

  2. Sign in as an admin or user with your email address and password. You're redirected to Okta for authentication.

  3. After successful authentication, you're directed to the ThoughtSpot dashboard.
