Manage resource collections

Early Access release. See Enable self-service features.

You can manage resource collections by editing their details or deleting them.

Before you begin

  1. Sign in as a super admin or an admin with the following permissions:
    • Manage applications
    • Manage collections
    • Edit application's user assignments
    • Edit groups' application assignments or Edit users' application assignments.

      See Custom admin roles and Role permissions.

  2. Ensure that you're assigned to the Okta Access Requests app.

Edit a resource collection

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Identity Governance > Resource Collections.

  2. Search for the collection that you want to edit. Click View for that collection.
  3. Select Actions > Edit name and description.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a resource collection

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Identity Governance > Resource Collections.

  2. Search for the collection that you want to delete. Click View for that collection.
  3. Select Actions > Delete resource collection.
  4. Click Delete.
